If you wish to return your order you can return it to us within 30 days from delivery. Contact our customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your order or parts of it. If you would receive something that you didn't order, we ask you to contact us before sending it back since we'll provide you with a waybill/consignment note that you can use when returning the item/s.
Returns are normally processed within 14 days. When our warehouse has processed the return, your money will be returned using the same payment method as you chose when ordering. Note that international customs duties and sales taxes, that might occur depending on your country’s regulations, are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.
It is allowed to return most products if the packaging has been opened to test or look at the product. Keep in mind to not test the product differently than you would test it in a store. If the value of the product has been impaired by the use of, for example, stains, odors of smoke or sweat, scratches or if it is missing packaging, we have the right to estimate the amount of sales value the product has lost and deduct this amount from the refund. Please note that certain products cannot be returned if they have been opened.
