How can I pay?

You can pay with paypal account, a credit or debit card, Visa and Master Card.

ORDER

How do I use my discount code?

You need to enter your discount code in the gift certificate field at the top of the payment page. If you have more than two discount codes that you would like to use for the same order, please contact us at info@looposhop.com and we will combine the codes for you.

I forgot to use my discount code. What should I do?

Contact us at info@looposhop.com and inform us about your discount code so we can then apply your discount to your order.

To which countries do you ship?

Your order from LoopoShop.com can be shipped to USA, Canda, UK and Australia. On the delivery page you can see which countries we ship to and how many days the delivery takes.

Can I change something in my order after I have placed it?

If your order has not yet been packaged then you can of course change your order. The best thing to do would be to send an e-mail to customer service at info@looposhop.com. N.B.! We package your order as quickly as possible, so make sure you e-mail us as quickly as possible.

RETURN

I have changed my mind about my order/I have changed my mind about the purchase of a product in my order. How do I return the product?

You send back the goods together with your return form on which you write your order number and how you want to have your credited amount refunded, e.g., with another product, a gift certificate or if you want your money back. N.B.! If you are lodging a complaint about a product, you should contact us ahead of time so that we can send you a return address label! As our customer, you are responsible for return shipping charges if you return a working product. Save the receipt for the package that you send back to us. I would like to switch to another size or colour. What should I do?

The procedure is the same as for a general return of a product (see above). Simply write on the return form what product you want to exchange and for what. Then we will send you the product with free shipping.

All packages are processed as they are received, and then an e-mail is sent to the customer. It can take up to 14 days for your money to be returned or a new product to be sent off. During the holidays when we have a lot to do, it can take up to three weeks before you have your money back on your card or you receive your new product. If it seems to be taking more time than this, you can contact customer service at info@looposhop.com

Always contact customer service first via e-mail: info@looposhop.com . Kindly state your order number when contacting customer service. Then we can find the best solution for you! This applies both when a product is defective upon arrival or if it has become defective within the guarantee period of two years.

How quickly can you deliver?

If we receive your order before 3 pm Swedish time, your package is sent out on the same day. How much time it takes to reach you depends on the country in which you live. You can see our delivery times on the delivery page.

Can I follow my order online?

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation that you receive via e-mail, you will find a link to your order status on loopo's page, from where there is a link for your to track your shipment.

What should I do if the package has been sent, but the post office does not have it?

Contact us at info@looposhop.com and state your order number so that we can quickly look into the matter and search for your package with the post office.

How quickly will you answer my e-mail?

Sunday to Friday, we answer your e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours, usually much sooner. However, Christmas may be an exception. We are closed on Saturdays and holidays.

Can I find out whether a product will soon be in stock again?

You can write your e-mail address below all sold-out products.. We send an e-mail to everyone on this list as soon as the product is back in stock. If you intend to use the product within a certain time, you can always contact us at info@looposhop.com to get an estimated delivery date.

How do I un-subscribe from the newsletter?

At the end of the newsletter, there is a link that allows you to un-subscribe from our newsletter.

As a company, can I order from you?

You can easily order as a company from us; however, you place your orders on the same terms as do our private customers. If your order larger quantities, however, you may qualify for a small discount.
